The Culinary Institute of America
Since 1946, The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) has been setting the standard for excellence in culinary education. Located in Hyde Park, New York, the CIA enrolls nearly 3,000 full-time students in its industry-renowned bachelor's and associate degree programs in culinary arts and baking and pastry arts. Students enjoy the benefits of a diverse, professional faculty representing 16 countries, as well as small class sizes, and an array of on-campus restaurants where they gain hands-on experience.

Career Services: CIA students average two to three job offers by the time they graduate. More than 300 companies recruit on campus, including four career fairs per year. The Career Services department provides invaluable assistance with resume writing and interviewing skills, as well as introducing students to the CIA's network of more than 44,000 alumni.
